Mixed Media Collage on smooth fine art paper 320 gsm

The owls are shown as talismanic symbols, who offer us protection. The collage is illuminated by a surreal photograph of a full moon which casts white light over the landscape. The central flowers are called Night–Blowing Cereus and a marble skull sits beneath them to remind us of our own mortality. The cat hiding under the yellow moth, is frightened and ready to pounce on an invisible force or ghost we cannot see.
